Hello! My name is Sylwia Patatyn and I am the founder of Invest Mazatlan. I am of Polish origin and have developed my professional experience working for Fortune 500 companies and SMEs in the USA, Poland, Australia, and Mexico. I have a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Warsaw (Poland), a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Sydney (Australia) and a Postgraduate degree in Real Estate Development (Mexico). I started my real estate career in Mazatlan in 2006 and in 2010 I became the first woman to be part of the board of AMPI Mazatlan. Currently, I belong to the Real Estate Women’s Committee of AMPI, I am the representative of AMPI Mazatlan in the Global Committee of AMPI Nacional as well as the advisor of the Governing Council of the Historic Center (CORCEHM).

I have traveled to more than 20 countries and I am passionate about creating investment opportunities “without borders” using my experience, knowledge and my extensive professional network to guide my clients in their new ventures, in all aspects of planning, execution, marketing, sales and management of real estate investment projects and real estate sales and purchases.

Currently, my company’s focus is on the marketing of commercial and industrial properties such as land for residential and industrial development, warehouses, and mixed-use buildings.
