Sylwia Patatyn – Broker & Commercial Real Estate Expert

Hello! My name is Sylwia Patatyn and I am an entrepreneur and real estate investment consultant with over 25 years of international business experience and 19 years of expertise in the real estate sector in Mazatlan, Sinaloa. I am the founder and broker of Invest Mazatlán, a boutique real estate agency specializing in commercial, industrial, and residential markets, as well as Elysian Investment Group, a firm focused on tax strategies, project financing, and real estate consulting.

I earned academic degrees from the University of Warsaw (Poland) and the University of Sydney (Australia). In Mexico, I furthered my education through postgraduate programs and certifications, including the Postgraduate Program in Investment Projects and Real Estate Development (CCIE AMPI) and the Federal Certification in Real Estate Consulting.

I have held leadership positions in business organizations and professional associations. Currently, I serve as the 5th Vice President of CANACINTRA Mazatlán, a member of AMPI’s Global Committee, a Board Member of the Mazatlan Old Town Council, and Public Image Director of the Rotary Club of Mazatlán. I also made history as the first woman and foreigner to serve on the board of the Mazatlan Real Estate Association (AMPI Mazatlán).

I am recognized for my strategic vision and strong negotiation skills with clients from diverse cultural and corporate backgrounds. Fluent in Polish, English, and Spanish, I have gained international experience in Poland, the United States, Australia, and Mexico, advising both domestic and foreign investors while leading high-impact real estate projects.

Beyond my professional practice, I contribute as a writer in the fields of real estate and taxation. I am the author of “The Perfect Storm – Investing in Mexican Real Estate Will Never Be More Affordable.”
