To: Kris Desoto and the InvestMazatlan Team

4/23/2009

We cannot say enough good things about Kris Desoto and his team at InvestMazatlan. When we first contacted Kris all we had was a dream and a rough, last minute contract with a developer; written in a language we have no mastery of – Spanish. Kris re-negotiated and revised our contract extensively, arranged financing, and walked us through every step of the way till closing and beyond. We did this all over the phone and via E-mails- having never met Kris in person. Patti and I both had a very comfortable trust for Kris from the start.

The InvestMazatlan team was careful and patient in all of its work and because of their thorough understanding of the Mexican home purchasing process and respect for the Mexican culture; things went quite smoothly. To a very great extent, it was due to Kris’s efforts that we have made our dream a reality.

We have since met Kris personally and know why we were so comfortable with him from the beginning. Kris is a sharp, personable individual with great integrity; and we hope to have him as one of our long-term Mazatlan friends. We would highly recommend InvestMazatlan to anyone interested in purchasing property in Mazatlan.
