Kris and Sylwia believe that synergy & integrity that they share in their life together is the key to success in business. Here are a few words about their professional backgrounds: Sylwia is originally from Warsaw, Poland and she has an extensive professional background in the aviation, real estate, commercial furniture, and marketing consulting industries gained in the US, Poland, Australia, and Mexico. She has completed her higher education at the Universities of Warsaw (Poland) & Sydney (Australia). In Mazatlan, she is the master broker for Invest Mazatlan & the Sales & Marketing Director for Boardwalk Residences. She has been also voted the first female & the first foreign Board Member (as a Treasurer) of the Mazatlan Real Estate Association in 2008. Kris is originally from Dallas, Texas and he is a proven business manager. His expertise comes from working in the aviation & energy industries for Fortune 500 companies like Bell Helicopter Textron & Honeywell in the US, Great Britain, Australia, Mexico & South America. Kris earned his MBA from SMU in Dallas, Texas. In Mazatlan, he is a co-founder of Invest Mazatlan, where he specializes in commercial & residential lending as well as real estate sales. Kris is also a Managing Partner of Santa Lucia Mazatlan SA. De CV – the developer of Boardwalk Residences.

His knowledge of investment opportunities and investment channels provide a creditable portfolio of investments within the U.S. and Mexico.Allen Senall - Director of FinanceWith over 40 years in property development and lending in both North America and Mexico Allen brings a wealth of experience to the Invest Mazatlan management team. Having developed and operated large international hotels and marinas as well as commercial buildings and residential developments gives Allen the expertise to evaluate and seek funding to meet the needs of the entire range of our clients. Allen brings dreams and ideas to reality from small home mortgages through to mega developments.
Elizabeth Porras—Director of Business DevelopmentHaving worked and lived in Mexico for 15 years, Elizabeth is a specialist in identifying emerging opportunities in the Mexican market. She has extensive experience working with large corporations as well as independently in the import/export business.
